These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ScreenMind iOS application ("the app"). By downloading or using ScreenMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenMind on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

ScreenMind may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Where it does, the following apply:

• Billing. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Plans. Any subscription options (for example, monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase) and their prices are displayed at the point of purchase.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Auto-renewal. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests are subject to Apple's policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly; request them through Apple.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• You are responsible for the content of the screenshots you process and for having the right to process them.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app except to the extent permitted by law.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Your screenshots and their content remain yours; we claim no rights over them, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — we never receive them.

5. Disclaimer

ScreenMind is provided "as is" and "as available." Text recognition and detail detection depend on image quality and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Do not rely on the app as the sole record of important information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes to the app and Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app's publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
